Could u help me about how to blemish the whiteheads on my face? I’ll try many cream for my whiteheads. I’ll try to consume and inject vit.c but it’s imposible for me.

I want to ask if i were washing my face with babysoap, could i press the whiteheads on my face with my hands when i were washing my face with baby soap?

Please tell me how i do to solve my problem from whiteheads on all my face. Thank u.
